ORDER
In compliance to order dated 31.03.2022, the respondents have deposited a sum of Rs.3, 51,493/-, which, as per the respondents, is payable to the petitioner on account of royalty charges.
Mr. Jamwal, learned AAG submits that with the deposit of the aforesaid amount, the judgment passed by this Court is complied with in letter and spirit. This is, however, disputed by Mr. Jagpaul Singh learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that some more amount is payable to the petitioner.
Mr. Jamwal, learned AAG shall file complete statement indicating the total amount payable to the petitioner by the next date of hearing.
List on 26.07.2022.
In the meantime, the Registry shall release an amount of Rs.3, 51,493/- in favour of the petitioner subject to the petitioner submitting an undertaking to the Registry of this Court that in case he is not found entitled to any amount, he will refund the same within four weeks from such declaration.
