Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a while submits
that petitioner, would be satisfied, if this petition is disposed of with a
direction to respondent No. 2, to dispose of his pending representations with
reasonable dispatch.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the
petitioner and the nature of the relief prayed for, this petition is disposed of
at this stage by directing the Deputy Commissioner/Additional Deputy
Commissioner, Bandipora, to consider and take a final decision on the
representation of the petitioner in the light of communication of Tehsildar
bearing No. 1748/OQ/BPR dated 7th October, 2020, with a reasonable
dispatch preferably within a period of two months from the date of the copy
of the order along with the copy of judgment is served upon the
respondents.
