Statement of facts on behalf of the respondents has been filed, in

which the stand taken is that the matter is subjudice before the Court of learned

Principal District Judge, Jammu and also that there is a civil litigation between

the parties before the Court of City Judge, Jammu.

Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

the reference pending before the learned Principal District Judge, Jammu has

since been decided and there is no dispute inter se the parties pending. He prays

for and is granted three weeks' time to place on record the copy of the

judgment, if any, passed by the Civil Court.
