Ms. Purnima Koul, who is present in person, submits that she has

now been appointed as Joint Director I/C Migrants, Directorate of School

Education, Jammu vide Government Order No. DSEJ/Mig/2252 dated

04.05.2020 and as such, the judgment of this Court stands complied with.

In view of the aforesaid, the proceedings in this contempt petition

are accordingly closed.

CPSW No.652/2018 is disposed of.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents

have complied with the judgment and issued order No.288/DSEJ of 2020

dated 16.07.2020 but the same is, however, not on record.

Mr. Abhinav Sharma, learned senior counsel submits that the order

of this Court has only been partially complied. He seeks and is granted

time to file supplementary affidavit in response to order dated 20.03.2020

and 16.07.2020.
