CM No. 7059/2021 This is an application filed by the petitioner for substitution of arrayed respondents by Mr. Hardesh Kumar Singh and Mr. Pradeep Kumar.

It is submitted that during the pendency of the petition the arrayed incumbents have been transferred from their positions and have been replaced by Mr. Hardesh Kumar Singh as Commissioner Secretary, Transport and Mr. Pradeep Kumar as Transport Commissioner, Jammu and Kashmir. It is further submitted that the new incumbents in office despite being aware of the Judgment have not taken steps to comply with the same.

The application, for the reasons stated herein coupled with the submissions made at bar, is allowed. Mr. Hardesh Kumar Singh and Mr. Pradeep Kumar are substituted in place of respondent No. 1 and 2 respectively. Petitioner shall file fresh memo of parties before the Registry within two weeks.
