According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant case is

covered by a judgment passed by this Court in OWP No. 30/2007, whereas

the counsel for the respondents would contend that the instant case is

covered by a judgment passed by the Division Bench in PIL No. 33/2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted weeks' time to

go through the judgment (supra) passed by the Division Bench.
