Petitioner seeks compliance of the judgment dated 22.11.2018

passed in SWP No. 1298/2017.

Respondents in their statement of facts have stated that the

judgment of learned Single Judge has been assailed by way of LPA and

the Hon'ble Division Bench vide order dated 27.01.2020, had directed the

respondents to place on record the Scheme under which the compensation

was paid and also directed to point out the provisions which prohibited the

compassionate appointment. Admittedly, the impugned judgment has not

been stayed till date by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

In view of the above, the respondents are bound to comply the

judgment dated 22.11.2018.

Respondents' counsel seeks and is granted last and final

opportunity of three weeks to file compliance report.

List on 08.11.2021.
