                                  ORDER

07-10-2021 In terms of Order dated 20.11.2019, this Court has granted further four weeks' time to the respondents to enable them to comply with the directions for issuance of appointment order of the petitioner for the post of ReT in concerned schools in terms of Judgment dated 11.08.2017. Despite lapse of about two years, neither compliance has been filed nor the official respondents have appeared in person.

Mr. Shah Amir, learned AAG, submits that he is appearing in this case for the first time, therefore, he seeks short adjournment to enable him to prepare the brief. Reluctantly, the matter is adjourned on the request of Mr. Shah Amir. He shall do the needful in terms of Order dated 20.11.2019, failing which, the Commissioner Secretary to School Education shall appear in person before the Court on next date of hearing.
