Ms. Masooda Jan, Advocate who is present in the Court waives notice
on behalf of the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would feel
satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of at its threshold.
Having regard to the averments made in the writ petition and the
submission made at Bar, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to
the respondent-authority to consider the case of the petitioner for release of
the retiral/pensionary benefits in light of the Judgment of the Hon'ble
Supreme Court reported in AIR 2013 SCC 3383 of course under rules by
passing a speaking order within a period of one month from the date
certified copy of this order along with complete paper book is made
available to the respondent-authority. Disposed of.
