1. The petitioners claim to be similarly situated as the petitioners in writ

petition bearing WP(C) No. 393/2020 titled, "Parvaiz Ahmad Ganai and ors.

Vs. UT of J&K and ors.".

2. It is stated that in the aforementioned writ petition, the claim of the

petitioners was with regard to enhanced monthly remuneration, as also the

minimum wages as per the Minimum Wages' Act. The aforementioned writ

petition was disposed of vide judgment and order dated 18.04.2020 to the

following extent:

"Considering the limited nature of controversy, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to determine the eligibility of the petitioners on the touchstone of SRO 460 of 2017 read with Government Order N. 27-F of 2018 dated 25-01- 2018 Necessary orders be passed within six weeks and payment be made accordingly".

3. It appears that the case of the petitioners in the petition (supra) was

considered and the order dated 10.02.2021 came to be passed, whereby the

petitioners were held entitled to be paid wages @ 225 per day. The petitioners

in the present petition also claim a similar relief.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to

consider the case of the petitioners on the analogy of the petitioners in the

aforementioned writ petition in the light of SRO 460 of 2017 dated 26.10.2017

read with Government Order No. 27-F of 2018 dated 25.01.2018. Let a decision

be taken within two months from today.

5. Connected application(s) also stands disposed of accordingly.
