This contempt petition arises out of Order No.ADCAPD/J/2011-
12/838-41 dated12.09.2011 passed by this Court in OWP No.618/2012. The
petitioner is not present as his grievance might have been redressed by this
time. The contempt petition is therefore disposed of accordingly. In case the
grievance of the petitioner still survives, he can file fresh petition against the
present incumbents who have not taken action in pursuance to the judgment
passed though having been made aware of the same.
