                                                        ORDER

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the judgment of the Divisional Consumer Forum, Jammu upheld by the State Commission has been complied with and the requisite amount deposited in the Registry of this Court.

Registry is directed to release the amount so deposited in favour the petitioner after proper identification.

It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that sum of Rs. 20,816/- has been deposited with the Divisional Consumer Forum.

Let the said amount be also released in favour of the petitioner by the Divisional Consumer Forum.
