This is an application seeking condonation of 180 days' delay in filing
the Acquittal Appeal against the judgment dated 21.12.2016 passed by the learned
Principal Sessions Judge, Jammu.
Having regard to the contents of this application coupled with the
submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, which is supported by an
affidavit, the same is allowed. Delay of 180 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
