This is an application seeking permission of the Court to file
supplementary affidavit. It is stated that in the compliance report filed by the
respondents, it is stated that they have complied with the judgment and have paid
all the consequential benefits to the petitioner whereas two in-situ promotions, to
which, the petitioner was also entitled have not yet been granted to him and
therefore necessity to file supplementary affidavit.
The application, for the reasons stated herein, is allowed.
Supplementary affidavit is ordered to be taken on record.
Learned counsel for the respondents seeks and is granted two weeks'
time to file response to supplementary affidavit.
