(ORDER) 01.06.2021 The judgment passed by this Court on 24th of June, 2020, is still not complied with.
The respondents in their statement of facts have pleaded that the judgment could not be complied with as the relevant record of the J&K Service Selection Board was not traceable.
Be that as it may, the judgment cannot await compliance indefinitely.
On the request of Mr. Aijaz Lone, Dy. AG, four weeks further time is granted to the respondents to file compliance report failing which, Secretary, J&K Service Selection Board, shall appear in person on the next date.
List again on 12th of July, 2021.
