Notice to the respondent returnable within four weeks. Requisite steps for service upon respondent within one week.

In the meanwhile, till next date of hearing, the impugned judgment of conviction recorded by the Judicial Magistrate, 1 st class, Dangiwacha and upheld by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sopore, is stayed and the sentence awarded is suspended. Petitioner is directed to be released on bail subject to furnishing of bail bond in the amount of Rs.25000/- and one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Registrar Judicial of this Court. This order, however, is subject to depositing of sum of Rs.1.5 lacks in the Registry of this Court by the petitioner within two weeks.
