The statement of facts has been filed, reading whereof does not indicate that the judgment of this Court has been complied with in letter and spirit. The judgment is awaiting compliance since September, 2017 and cannot brook any further delay.

In view of the above, let Chief Medical Officer Baramulla, Block Medical Officer, Pattan and Tehsildar, Singhpora appear in person on the next date of hearing.

It may be observed that in case the respondents comply with the judgment of this Court in letter and spirit and submit compliance report before the next date, the aforesaid Officers need not to appear.
