Statement of facts has been filed by Mr. H. A. Siddiqui, learned Sr. AAG on behalf of the Government, wherein a stand is taken that reasons for non-compliance of the judgment and order in question is due to the fact that the SSRB has not made any recommendation in terms of the judgement and order dated 31.05.2018 passed by the Court.

Mr. Ayjaz Lone, learned Dy. AG has caused his appearance on behalf of the SSRB. The Secretary, SSRB is, accordingly, directed to ensure that necessary recommendations are made to the Government, which shall then issue the orders of appointment in terms of the judgement and order passed by this Court.

It is made clear that in case the recommendations are not made within two weeks, this Court shall be constrained to impose cost of Rs. 10,000/- on the Board on the next date of hearing.

List again on 17.02.2021.
