                                                        ORDER

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the judgment is in the process of being complied with in letter and spirit. He, therefore, seeks and is granted six weeks' time to comply with the judgment and report compliance. However, it is made clear that this shall be the last and final opportunity and in case of failure, Director, Indian System of Medicines, Jammu shall appear in person on the next date of hearing.
