                                                      ORDER

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has filed the

compliance report and the judgment of which the violation is alleged has been

complied with.

However, Mr. W. S. Nargal, learned Sr. Counsel joins issue and

submits that the judgment has not been fully complied with. The petitioner has

not been granted selection scale to which he is entitled to as a consequence of

his promotion as Superintendent of Police w.e.f. 08.06.2003.

Learned counsel for the respondents seeks and is granted two weeks'

time to verify the assertion of the petitioner and to file a short affidavit in this

regard.
