MA No. 87/2018.
Heard and Reserved for Judgments. CM No. 228/2019 Since the entire emphasis of Mr. Kawoosa during the course of arguments in appeal was on the right of Insurance Company to make a recovery of the awarded amount from the owner/driver, I feel there is no legal impediment in case the awarded amount is released in favour of the claimant/respondent.
Let the awarded amount be released by the Registrar Judicial of this Wing of High Court in favour of the claimants/respondents upon proper identification and verification.
