(ORDER) 03.08.2021 This application is filed by the applicants/ Petitioners seeking

implementation of judgment passed by the Court on 4 th of October, 2017 in

OWP No.632/2015; MP No. 1188/2015.

Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, neither

the applicants/ Petitioners nor their counsel is present. Seemingly, the

applicants/ Petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the matter. May be the

cause for which the application was filed does not survive at this point in time.

That being so, the application shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution.

Interim direction(s), if any, subsisting as on date shall stand vacated.
