                                         ORDER

The judgment and order of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu

Bench, dated 08.03.2021 is under challenge.

The submission is that the petitioner is entitled to higher post under the

Sports Quota than the one which has been offered to him.

Sh. K. D. S. Kotwal, learned Deputy Advocate General, has accepted

notice on behalf of the respondents. He is directed to seek instructions and file

response if any within a period of one month.

Two weeks thereafter are allowed to the learned counsel for the

petitioner to file rejoinder.

List for admission/final disposal on 14th September 2021.
