Learned counsel for the petitioners states that even when the
petitioners have continued to discharge their duties as Daily Wagers, they have
not been paid their wages till August, 2020. It is stated that despite the clear
directions issued vide judgment and order dated 12.09.2014, the same has not
been complied with in its letter and spirit. Let the arrears of wages be paid by
the respondents to the petitioners for the period they have worked within four
weeks from today.
List again on 04.06.2021.
