The petitioner has approached this Court for

the following main relief:-

"That the impugned Annexure P/1, dated 13.02.2026, issued by the respondent No.1, may kindly be quashed and set-aside."

2. During the course of hearing the learned

case, it is ordered that in case the petitioner makes a

representation within two days from today, in that event, the

two weeks i.e. 06.03.2026, thereafter, by passing a speaking rt order and the said order shall be communicated to the petitioner.

Till then (06.03.2026) the petitioner shall not be compelled to join

the new place of posting.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not

expressed anything on the merits of the case and respondents

are at liberty to take a decision strictly in accordance with the

provisions of law.

3. Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid

terms. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
