2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel

for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this

petition. Prayer allowed as not opposed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also states that three

months salary of the petitioner has not been paid to him.

undertakes to look into this aspect of the matter. We hope and trust

that the respondents shall remit the salary to the petitioner since he

has already worked on the post.

5. Consequently, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn,

so also the pending application(s), if any.
