2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner has filed representation Annexure P-3 with regard to

the issues raised in the petition, but the same has not been

decided by the Authority concerned till date.

3. This petition, accordingly, as prayed for, is disposed

of with the direction that let representation Annexure P-3 of the 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

petitioner be decided by the Competent Authority, in the light of

the averments made therein as well as judgment being relied

upon by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order, within a
