1. In view of the order that is being proposed to be passed,

notice is being issued to respondent No. 2.

2. By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed

for the following reliefs:-

interest of law and justice."

3. Taking into consideration the relief sought for by

the petitioners, this petition is disposed of with the

direction that let needful on the representation which has

been filed by the petitioners be done by the competent

authority, as expeditiously as possible and preferably before

31st December, 2023, by complying with the principles of

natural justice.

The petition stands disposed of in above terms,

so also pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
