3. In view of the prayer so made by the petitioner without

adverting to the issues raised in the petition on merit, this petition is

closed with liberty to the petitioner to file the representation before

respondent No.3 and in the event of any such representation being

of filed within a period of four weeks from today, then respondent No.3

after giving an opportunity for personal hearing to the petitioner rt shall decide the same within eight weeks.

4. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stands disposed

of.
