Chauhan, Advocate, for the appellants/non- applicants.

Mr.Hoshiyar Singh Rangra, Advocate, for applicant/respondent No. 2.

CMP No. 14732 of 2022 r This application has been filed on behalf of

applicant/respondent No. 2 Chamaru Ram for release of

amount in his favour as per his entitlement.

Mail appeal stands decided on 18.5.2017. Learned

counsel for the parties have submitted that no appeal has been

preferred against the said judgment and as such, it has

attained finality, therefore, no objection has been

communicated for allowing the application.

In view of above, amount of compensation

alongwith up to date interest is ordered to be released in favour

of applicant/respondent No. 2, as per his entitlement, as

indicated in para 3 of the application, in terms of final judgment,

by remitting the same in his bank account referred in para 5 of

the application, photocopy of front page whereof has been

placed on record with this application.

The application stands disposed of.
