Devender K. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

the case is squarely covered by the judgments passed by this Court in

CWP No.5318 of 2013, titled as Smt. Seema Mehta vs. Chairman-

cum-Deputy Commissioner and another, dated 08.05.2015 and

CWPOA No. 3562 of 2019 titled as Sh. Sant Ram and another vs.

State of H.P. and others, dated 06.09.2022.

Learned Additional Advocate General submits that he

may be granted few days time to ascertain this fact. On his request, list

for consideration on 13.10.2022.
