Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the

judgment dated 05.12.2018, passed by the learned Erstwhile

Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, in O.A. No.6923 of 2018,

tiled Sh.Upender Kumar Sood & Others Versus Himachal Road

Transport Corporation, stands complied with, these proceedings be

dropped.
