The petitioner, who is Lecturer (Chemistry) who has

been transferred from GSSS Hatgarh, District Mandi to GSSS

Ropa, District Mandi, H.P. within a period of two years and six

months, has come up before this Court, seeking quashing of the

impugned order of transfer dated 12.05.2021 (Annexure P-1).

2. Notice. Ms. Ritta Goswami, Additional Advocate

General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of

respondents N o.1 to 3.

3. The nature of order, we propose to pass in the present

petition, requires no response.

4. Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty

to the petitioner to make representation to respondents No.1 to 3/

competent authority within a week. On receipt of such

representation, the said respondents No.1 to 3/ competent

authority shall decide the same in the light of the transfer policy

occupying the field, within three weeks thereafter. Till decision of

the representation, office order dated 12.05. 2021, Annexure

P-1, shall remain stayed.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also

stand disposed of.
