By way of instant application, prayer has been
made on behalf of the applicant/petitioner for revival of
Execution Petition No. 7 of 2021, which was disposed of by this
Court vide judgment 5.1.2021. Careful perusal of aforesaid
judgment reveals that this court having taken note of the
undertaking given by Mr. Lakshay Thakur, learned counsel
representing the non-applicants/ respondents that judgment
dated 3.1.2019 passed by erstwhile Himachal Pradesh
Administrative Tribunal in OA No.3598 of 2018 , if not,
already implemented, shall be implemented within a period of
six weeks, disposed of the aforesaid execution petition with
the direction to the non-applicants/respondents to do the
needful within a period of six weeks. Since, no steps
whatsoever have been taken by the non-applicants/respondents
toward execution/implementation of the judgment alleged to
have not been implemented, applicant/petitioner has
approached this Court in the instant proceedings, praying
therein for revival of the execution proceedings.
Mr. Lakshay Thakur, learned counsel representing
the non-applicants/respondents prays for and is granted
further three weeks' time to do the needful in terms of
.
judgment/order dated 3.1.2019, failing which, respondents
shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing.
