Generals, for the respondents.
Learned Additional Advocate General has handed
over the copies of instructions imparted to him by the
concerned authorities and by placing reliance upon the same,
he submits that no encroachment was found to have been
made upon the land in issue, as alleged by the petitioner. The
petitioner, who is present in person, has handed over a copy of
application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil
Procedure for placing on record additional documents and on
the strength of the same, he submits that though after the
judgment was passed by this Court, the revenue authorities
were directed by the Deputy Commissioner concerned to carry
out the demarcation, but no demarcation has been done till
date and in case any demarcation has been carried out, then
the same has been done at his back without associating him.
Mr. Chaudhary is directed to file the application in the Registry
itself. Copies of the instructions handed over by the learned
Additional Advocate General are ordered to be taken on record.
The case is ordered to be listed on 26th April,
2021. In the meanwhile, learned Additional Advocate General
submits that the revenue authorities shall carry out fresh
demarcation of the land in issue by associating the petitioner
as well as other stake holders. Report thereof be filed by the

next date of hearing.
