It was informed on 25th November, 2020 that

Investigating Agency has filed cancellation report in FIR in

question in present petition before the concerned Magistrate and

complainant had received the notice/ summons in that case to

put his version before the said Magistrate.

Whether Reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes

2 Matter was adjourned enabling the parties to have

complete instructions.

3. It is stated by learned counsel for petitioner that

though report for cancellation stands filed, however, said report

is pending consideration before the Magistrate and has been

listed for 24th April, 2021.

4 Be that as it may, as a matter of fact, present

petition has been filed for quashing the FIR, whereas,

Investigating Agency has filed cancellation report. Therefore, as

of now, nothing survives to be adjudicated in present petition.

Therefore, present petition is disposed of with liberty to

petitioner to avail the remedy available to him, if necessary after

passing of appropriate order by concerned Magistrate.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also

stand disposed of.
