By way of instant application, prayer has been
made on behalf of the applicant/petitioner for revival of the
Contempt Petition bearing No. 152 of 2020, which was
disposed of vide judgment dated 11.09.2020, passed by this
Court.
Aforesaid contempt petition came to be disposed
of on the basis of undertaking given by Mr. Ajay Chauhan,
learned counsel representing the respondents that
order/judgment passed by this Court sought to be
implemented in the instant proceedings, shall be positively
implemented within a period of two weeks, if not already
implemented. But since despite having aforesaid
undertaking given to this Court, nothing has been done by
the respondents, applicant/petitioner has approached this
Court for revival of the proceedings.
Mr. Ajay Chauhan, learned counsel representing
the respondents, prays for and is granted 10 days' time to
implement the order/judgment, dated 21.1.2020, passed by
this Court in CWP No. 423 of 2020, titled Ranjeet Singh vs.
Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation and another,
failing which, respondents shall remain present in the Court,

on the next date of hearing.
