By way of instant application, prayer has been

made on behalf of applicants/respondents No. 1 & 2, for

release of award amount lying deposited in the Registry of this

Court.

Learned counsel representing the non-

applicant/appellant fairly states that since judgment dated

11.08.2020, rendered by this Court in FAO No. 410 of 2018,

having been filed by non-applicant/appellant has attained

finality, prayer made on behalf of applicants/respondents No. 1

& 2, for release of award amount can be accepted.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

perused the material available on record, this Court finds that

judgment dated 11.8.2020, passed by this Court in FAO No. 410

of 2018, has attained finality since none of the parties to lis has

filed appeal, if any, against aforesaid judgment in the superior

Court of law and as such, there appears to be no impediment in

accepting the prayer made in the instant application and

accordingly same is allowed. Registry is directed to release the

.

award amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court in

favour of respondents No.1 & 2, strictly as per their shares, by

remitting the same in their saving bank account, detail whereof

is given in para-5 of the application, subject to verification of the

Accounts Branch. Application stands disposed of.
