The petitioners, who are working as teachers, have

come up before this Court seeking a direction to the respondents

to release revised pay scale to them for the period of their initial

appointments and further revision from time to time with

consequential benefits and arrears accrued thereon along with

interest.

2. Notice. Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned Additional

Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on

behalf of the respondents.

3. In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass,

no response is required from the respondents.

4. Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty to

the petitioners to make representation to the second respondent,

in accordance with law, mentioning therein their grievances,

within two weeks. On receipt of such representation, the

concerned respondent shall decide the same, in accordance with

law, within two months. Pending application(s), if any, are

closed.
