The petitioner, who is in custody since 25.5.2020 in connection with

possessing 599 capsules of Ridley containing Tramadol, total weight of the powder

of which, is 321.724 grams, which is a commercial quantity, has come up before this

Court under Section 439 Cr.PC, seeking regular bail.

2. Perusal of the petition reveals criminal history of the petitioner. Even

otherwise, as per the the contents of the petition, the petitioner has failed to make out

a case for bail, at this stage. As such, the present petition is dismissed with liberty

reserved to file afresh with better particulars.
