The petitioner, who is in custody in the above mentioned F.I.R, since
13.04.2018, and has now come up before this Court under Section 439 of CrPC,
seeking bail.
2. The quantity involved in this case, is 4 kg and 024 grams of Charas (Cannabis),
which is commercial quantity. Perusal of the petition does not make out any case for
bail, at this stage. The petition is dismissed. Liberty reserved to file afresh with
better particulars.
