The petitioner, who is working as Staff Nurse at Dr.

Yashwant Singh Parmar Government Medical College, Nahan,

District Sirmaur, H.P., has come up before this Court seeking her

transfer from the present place of posting on the ground that her

case is covered under clause 5.4 of the Comprehensive Guiding

Principles-2013, of the transfer policy applicable in the State of

Himachal Pradesh, which provides concession to couples. In this

regard, the petitioner has already made representation dated

22.12.2020, Annexure P-1, which is still pending before the

concerned authority.

2. Notice. Mr. Ajay Vaidya, learned Senior Additional

Advocate General appears and accepts service of notice on

behalf of the respondents.

3. In view of the nature of the order, this Court proposes

to pass, no response is required from the respondents.

4. Consequently, this petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the

petitioner, in the light of the transfer policy occupying the field,

within a week. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach

this Court again, in case she still feels aggrieved and dissatisfied

with the outcome of the representation. Pending application(s),

if any, are closed.
