Mr.Arsh Rattan, Advocate, for respondent No.2.
Mr. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners,
submits that during pendency of this petition, respondent No.3, Nanak Ram, has expired. There is nothing to dispute his statement as the matter has been compromised, as such, name
of respondent No.3, is ordered to be deleted from the memo of
parties.
Petitioners No.1, 2 and 5 to 7 are present in the Court and have once again tendered their unconditional
apology from the complainant-respondent No.2, who is present through his counsel Mr. Arsh Rattan, believing that they shall not repeat the same again. Mr. Arsh Rattan on instructions
states that the complainant is under no pressure or threat and
he has given statement on his own free will.
Mr. Ram Lal Thakur, learned Assistant Advocate
General states that the reply is ready, although the same is not on record, but learned Assistant Advocate General made his submissions based on the copy of reply in his brief. He states that the matter is compromised between the parties and it is for this Court to exercise its jurisdiction.
