Admitted on following substantial questions of law:-
1. Whether the impugned judgments and decrees passed by the Courts below are vitiated on account of misreading, misinterpretation and misconstruction of rpleadings and evidence on record, oral and
documentary, resulting into perversity?
2. Whether the judgments and decrees passed by the Courts below are in conflict with law laid down by this High Court in State of H.P. vs. Babu Ram, reported in
(1996) 4 SLJ 2924 and State of H.P. vs. Gian Chand, reported in Latest HLJ 2000 (HP) 900 ?
3. Whether the judgments and decrees of the Courts below are vitiated for not granting protection to the appellant/plaintiff under the provisions of the
Himachal Pradesh Village Common Land Vesting and Utilization Act, 1974 and Rules, 1975 framed thereunder?
List alongwith RSA Nos.181 of 2020 & 176 of 2020 for
hearing in due course. Record of learned Court below be called for.

and perused the pleadings adduced on record, interim order dated
26.8.2020 is made absolute during the pendency of the appeal.
