CWP No. 2899 of 2020 This petition is delinked from CWP's Nos. 677 of

2019 and 63 of 2020. Though, the matter was earlier posted for

25.2.2021, on which date, the Collector-cum-Sub Divisional

Magistrate, Dalhousie, was to come present, but since two

petitions stand already disposed of, aforesaid officer need not

remain present in the court.
