After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the

Bank for consideration of his case under the One Time Settlement

(OTS) Scheme, within a time bound manner. On the other hand,

learned counsel for the respondents-Bank, also undertakes that in case

the petitioner approaches the Bank for consideration of his case under

One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme, his case will be considered by the

Bank concerned in accordance with the said Scheme.

Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes.

2. In light of the submissions made by learned counsel for

the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of by permitting the

petitioner to approach the Bank concerned by way of a representation,

.

within a period of one week from today. On making such representation

on behalf of the petitioner, the Bank concerned is directed to consider

and decide the same within a period of four weeks thereafter. Pending

miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
