Learned Senior Additional Advocate General has

placed on record the instructions dated 10.2.2021, however,

they do not specifically deal with the issue raised in the writ

petition. Learned Senior Additional Advocate General also

submits that the matter is covered by a judgment passed by

the Division Bench of this Court but the judgment has not

been placed on record. At the request of learned Counsel for

the parties, list the matter before appropriate Bench

immediately after Vacation.

The operation of interim order dated 5.2.2021

shall continue till the next date of hearing.
