                            JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that

entire benefits have been extended to the petitioner and nothing

remains to be paid to him.

2. In view of the aforesaid statement made on behalf of

the respondent, present petition is closed and disposed of with

liberty to the petitioner to file afresh, if his grievance subsists

and anything survives.
