      This petition coming on for orders this day, Hon'ble Mr. Justice

Tarlok Singh Chauhan, passed the following:

                                  ORDER

Notice. Mr. Rajesh Verma, learned counsel appears and waives service

of notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. The execution petition is confined to the payment of back wages, as

was awarded vide para 14 of the judgment sought to be executed in favour of

.

the petitioner w.e.f. 10.05.2017.

3. Therefore, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the

respondents to comply with the directions passed by this Court in CWP No.

893 of 2019 titled as H.P. State Forest Development Corporation Ltd

and another vs. Ishwar Dutt, decided on 18th December, 2019 within four

weeks from today.

For compliance, to come up on 28th September, 2021.
