Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the issue

raised in the instant petition is squarely covered by the judgment

rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 1557-

1564 of 2019 (arising out of SLP(c) Nos. 16158-16165/2016), titled

Himachal Road Transport Corporation versus Lekh Ram Etc. Etc.,

decided on 8th February, 2019.

2. In view of the submission made, the petition is disposed

off in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
